RETURN POLICY

A full or partial refund may be extended to you in certain circumstances where no work on your order has been completed by SONG Printing & Design. Such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order.

Full refunds usually are not possible once work begins on your order. If we verify that SONG Printing & Design has made an error, we will re-run the job at no additional cost to you. Please note however, we cannot be held liable for errors in print files submitted and/or approved by you or any party associated with you or your organization.

If you find a defect in your job which is the fault of SONG Printing & Design, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery and provide verification of the problem. A simple photo of the issue may be adequate for our needs, but in most cases you may be asked to return the entire defective order. Upon verification of the defect, we will re-run the order. If in our judgment it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, SONG Printing & Design may, at our sole discretion, elect to refund all or part of the original cost of the order.
