A full or partial refund may be extended to you in certain circumstances where no work on your order has been completed by SONG Printing. Such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order.
Full refunds usually are not possible once work begins on your order. If we verify that SONG Printing has made an error, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you, however we can not be responsible for errors in your print files.
If you find a defect in your job which is the responsibility of SONG Printing we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery and provide verification of the problem. A simple photo of the issue may be adequate for our needs, but in most cases you may be asked to return the entire defective order. Upon verification of the defect, we will re-run the order. If in our judgment it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, SONG Printing may at our sole option elect to refund all or part of the original cost of the order.
